VisaNav provides AI-generated assessments for informational purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee, promise, or representation that a visa application will be approved or rejected. Visa decisions are made exclusively by the sovereign immigration authorities of each country, and their outcomes are outside the control or influence of VisaNav.

You acknowledge that the Service is a decision-support tool and not a substitute for professional immigration or legal advice.

Visa regulations, requirements, fees, and processing times are subject to change without notice. The AI engine may produce inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information. VisaNav makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any information provided.

You are solely responsible for verifying all visa requirements directly with the official embassy, consulate, or immigration authority of your destination country before submitting any application. We strongly encourage consulting official government sources as the primary and authoritative reference.

VisaNav explicitly prohibits and disclaims any association with the preparation, use, or submission of fraudulent, falsified, or forged documents to any embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or government body.

Any user who uses information, guidance, or outputs from this Service in connection with fraudulent documentation does so entirely at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. VisaNav assumes no liability whatsoever for legal consequences — including criminal prosecution, deportation, or permanent bans — arising from such conduct. By using the Service you warrant that you will only submit genuine documents to the relevant authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VisaNav, its owners, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to visa refusals, financial losses, travel disruption, reputational harm, or reliance on AI-generated content.

By using this website you irrevocably waive any right to bring legal action, lawsuit, arbitration, or claim of any kind against VisaNav or its owners in any court of law or jurisdiction worldwide, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. This waiver is a material condition of access to the Service. If this waiver is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service.

You must read and understand these Terms & Conditions in full before using any part of the Service. Use of any feature — including browsing, submitting an assessment, or making a payment — constitutes conclusive acknowledgement that you have done so and that you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

VisaNav does not persistently store, sell, or share any personal data you enter into assessment forms (including passport nationality, financial details, travel history, or employment status). Data submitted through the assessment form is processed in real time solely to generate your AI assessment and is not retained on our servers beyond the duration of a single request-response cycle.

Payment processing is handled exclusively by Stripe, a third-party PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. VisaNav does not have access to, or store, your card details. Stripe's own privacy policy and terms of service govern the handling of payment data.

By using the Service you consent to the transient processing of the information you provide as described above.

The assessments, scores, recommendations, and cover letters produced by VisaNav are generated by a large language model and are inherently probabilistic. They do not constitute legal advice, immigration advice, or professional consultation of any kind. You should treat all outputs as a starting point for your own research, not as a final determination.

All assessment fees are charged on a one-time, non-refundable basis. Once payment has been confirmed and the AI assessment has been delivered, no refunds will be issued regardless of the outcome or your satisfaction with the result. This policy exists because the computational cost of producing each assessment is incurred at the point of generation.

If a technical failure on our part prevents delivery of your assessment after successful payment, please contact us at support@visanav.com and we will investigate and, if appropriate, re-run the assessment at no additional charge.

All content, design, code, and AI-generated text produced by the Service are the intellectual property of VisaNav or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the Service at scale;
• Submit false, misleading, or deliberately inaccurate information to manipulate assessment outputs;
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any assessment output without our written consent;
• Interfere with the technical operation of the Service, including through automated bots or denial-of-service attacks.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access to any user who violates these conditions.

VisaNav is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice or liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute that cannot be resolved under Section 4 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Germany.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
